Veggie sausage and egg open bagel

Ingredients:

2 Linda McCartney's sausages

2 medium eggs

1 bagel thin

White vinegar

Needed:

White vinegar

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place vegetarian sausages onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 16 minutes turning occasionally

Step 2: During the final 5 minutes of the sausages cooking, boil the kettle and get your eggs in a pan to poach

Step 3: Toast your bagel thin

Step 4: When sausages are cooked and eggs are poached, cut your sausages in half and lay onto each side of the bagel, add your poached eggs on the top, and season with salt/pepper/ or ketchup. Enjoy!
