Egg cups

A super tasty low calorie, high protein breakfast - quick and easy for when you're in a rush or on the go! Just 80 calories per cup!

Ingredients:

1 egg per cup

1 slice of ham per cup

Any desired veg

Needed:

Silicon moulds

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Step 2: Line each silicon mould cup with a thin slice of ham

Step 3: Place any desired veg in the bottom of each cup

Step 4: Carefully crack and egg into each cup

Step 5: Place on a baking tray in the oven for 10-12 minutes until cooked

Step 6: Turn each cup out of the mould onto a plate, serve as you like (perfect with a slice of sourdough and some wilted spinach)
