1 250g tub fat free quark
50g frozen berries
15g protein powder
PB fit powdered peanut butter
Just a bowl!
Step 1: measure 50g frozen summer berries into a bowl and microwave until heated through
Step 2: while berries are heating, stir 15g protein powder into 250g fat free quark (if you don't have protein powder or don't use it, you can have the quark on it's own and adjust calories/macros accordingly). At this point if you want to add any sweetener or flavouring to the quark, add this in now eg. Myprotein flavour drops
Step 3: take berries out and pour them onto your quark mix
Step 4: add any other toppings desired, and adjust macros/calories accordingly.
We love a sprinkle of granola or cereal to add a little crunch, or a few nuts to add some fat in!
