Protein overnight oats

A super simple oats recipe, perfect for when you know you have a busy morning coming up!

Ingredients:

35g oats

20g protein powder

120ml almond milk

Pinch of cinnamon


Any desired toppings. Suggestions:

Fat free natural yoghurt & heated summer berries

Nut butter

Zero calorie syrup (check out Skinny Food Co!)

Needed:

Glass/container

Instructions

Step 1: Add oats, protein powder, almond milk and cinnamon to a bowl or glass and mix together

Step 2: Leave in fridge overnight

Step 3: Eat cold and add toppings if desired!

To top we love: 0% fat natural yoghurt and berries, zero calorie syrups, or a spoonful of nut butter!


*Yoghurt/berries/toppings not included in given macros.

*You can also heat this up in the microwave before eating for warm and creamy oats.
