Low calorie sausage and egg bagel

A lower calorie version of an incredible breakfast bagel. Feels like a treat, but the macros will be a great start to your day!

Ingredients:

1 bagel thin

2 Heck chicken sausages

2 medium eggs

Sauce of your choice

Needed:

Frying pan

Oven

Toaster

Instructions

Step 1: Cook two heck sausages however you like (oven, or fry in fry light)

Step 2: Lightly toast one Warburton's bagel thin

Step 3: While bagel is toasting, fry two eggs in a pan

Step 4: Cut your sausages in half length ways and lie flat onto your bagel, place your eggs on top, and finish with any reduced sugar/calorie sauce of your choice!
