1 reduced fat pork sausage
2 bacon medallions
4 cherry tomatoes
5 asparagus spears
100g no added sugar beans
1 slice Nimble bread
Fry light spray

Step 1: Cook each component as you like (poach, scramble or fry eggs to taste. Fry or grill bacon & sausage)
