Ingredients:

1 medium egg

1 reduced fat pork sausage

2 bacon medallions

4 cherry tomatoes

5 asparagus spears

100g no added sugar beans

1 slice Nimble bread

Fry light spray

Needed:

Frying pans

Toaster

Instructions

Step 1: Cook each component as you like (poach, scramble or fry eggs to taste. Fry or grill bacon & sausage)


Step 2: Assemble as you like (we all like to eat things a certain way, right?!)


Step 3: Season with salt, pepper, reduced sugar ketchup/sauce to taste
