High protein creamy oats

The best recipe for a big bowl of warm, satisfying, high protein, creamy oats! The addition of egg whites and protein powder mean a usually high carbohydrate breakfast can be packed full of protein! You can pick a protein powder flavour to suit your taste/mood and make this the most satisfying bowl!

Ingredients:

30g oats

20g protein powder

100ml egg whites

100ml almond milk


Toppings to your taste

Needed:

Microwave

Instructions

Step 1. Measure oats into a bowl and cover with water. Microwave for 1 minute.

Step 2. Stir, then add 50ml egg white and microwave for another minute.

Step 3. Stir, add another 50ml egg white and microwave for another minute

Step 4. Stir, add 20g protein powder and almond milk to a runny consistency. Microwave for 1 minute.


Top as you like, and enjoy!
