25g protein powder (unflavoured or vanilla)

50g frozen berries

1/4 tsp xantham gum

Suggested toppings:

- Sprinkle of granola or cereal

- Zero calorie syrup

- Nut butter/handful of nuts

*toppings not included in macros

Needed:

Nutribullet/blender

Instructions

Step 1: Half fill nutribullet cup with ice, then add water up to the ice line

Step 2: add protein powder, frozen berries and xantham gum and blend until smooth

Step 3: pour into a bowl and top as desired!
