Ingredients:

110g fat free quark

30g unflavoured or vanilla protein powder

50g frozen raspberries (or berry of choice, this may slightly alter macros)

Needed:

Nutribullet/blender

Ice

Instructions

Step 1. Half fill a nutribullet with cold water

Step 2. Add a handful of ice

Step 3. Add protein powder, quark, frozen raspberries

Step 4. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
