Turkey burgers

You can still enjoy a burger night with these low calorie, high protein, turkey burgers!

Ingredients:

500g lean turkey mince

1/2 courgette grated

1 tsp lazy garlic

2 tsp

Needed:

Grater

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Step 2: Mix turkey mince, grated courgette, lazy garlic, and mixed herbs in a bowl

Step 3: Form mixture into 6 patties

Step 4: Place on baking tray in oven until golden and cooked through (roughly 5 minutes each side)

Step 5: Serve with your favourite toppings on a bun or in a lettuce wrap!
